Rick Steves Christmas Market Tours 2024. Join us for a magical christmas experience in 2023 as we sail the danube river during the most festive time of the year. Temperatures aren't quite freezing, but don't expect a warm summer holiday either.

We plan for total 26 days (including flying to and from) to central europe for christmas markets. We are there to primarily enjoy the christmas markets, enjoy the festive atmosphere and attend a few music venues.
